Rate :

for Maloya et Kaloobang :

€ 441 per week (6 nights).
€ 867 for 2 weeks (12 nights).
€ 1155 for 3 weeks (18 nights).

for Bungalow Séga :

€ 606 per week (6 nights).

€ 1103 for 2 weeks (12 nights).

€ 1544 for 3 weeks (18 nights).

For over 4 weeks stays, please call for our offers and rates.

Booking conditions :
Concerning pets, please call us to arrange any possibility to welcome our friends.

How to make your reservation :
Your reservation will be effective provided the two following conditions are fulfilled :

A 30% of total value deposit is required within 5 days. Our banking details will be forwarded for credit.
A confirmation invoice, by return of post, of a signed copy within 7 working days.

The booking will be cancelled if either of these conditions are not respected. The outstanding balance will be required when arriving.

A €400 security deposit is required at your arrival and will be held against your debit or credit card, and restituated on departure if no caused damage.

We will claim against the security deposit for the repair or replacement of any breakages, losses or damage to the property or contents (repair bills to back up).

Arrival at 12am, departure at 10am, for a departure in the afternoon , half day will be charged €25.

Leave the place as clean as you have found it. If not, any due housekeeping hour will be charged €25.
